- How to return the product
- All you have to do is contact us at mailto:dazlanecare@gmail.com or reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 8755553630 with your name and order number and we will take it forward from there on.
- We will arrange a return and have the product picked from the address in your order and get it shipped back to us While most of the pin codes are both forward and reverse serviceable, some times few may only be forward serviceable.
This could be a temporary situation or maybe in remote areas.In such cases, we may request you to to send the product back to us using an alternate courier service, like India post or any courier service of your choice and availability.
- Before handing it over to the pick up guy, Remember to secure your jewellery in the box that it came in. Ensure that all tags and the invoice are also sent back.
- Once your return package is ready, just call our Customer Care team and we will send an individual from the courier company to pick it up from you.
- After your returned item is received by DAZLANE, after thorough inspection your refund (if bought at full price or is a new item as an exchange) will be processed within 2 working days
- Once the product is received by us, your refund will be generated to your original mode of payment.
- Items bought using coupons will be refunded in the form of store credit depending on the discretion of DAZLANE.
- For all ‘Cash On Delivery’ order returns, the COD fee will NOT be refunded.
- Sometimes we receive returned products in 15-20 days. Your patience is appreciated in such circumstances. We assure you your money is safe with us and will be refunded as soon as we can.

We offer a 14-days return policy on unused/undamaged products with their tags intact and in the box, they were delivered in. Also ensure to return the certificate and other materials that came with the package. All Personalized, Customised items, Silver coins are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
Free gifts if any, need to be returned along with the original purchase as well for us to process the return and issue refund.

Tags should not be removed
Products should not show any signs of being worn and they shouldn’t be resized/ altered either. Customers are advised to check the return/exchange policy for the product they purchase before confirming the final transaction.
- Delivery Terms
We ship all our packages in tamper proof bags. Pls don’t accept any package that shows sign of any tampering of the bag. We ship thousand of orders and have never encountered this issue yet we would like to advise our esteemed customers to be aware and follow the below
- The recipient accepting the delivery should not accept the product in cases where the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box is empty. The recipients receiving the delivery must open the package and check its contents before accepting the delivery and signing the delivery receipt.
- No claim of non-receipt will be entertained once you accept the delivery.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company shall try and deliver the item THRICE before returning it to Ornate jewels. All costs for reshipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to the customer shall be chargeable to them only.
- The delivery guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistencies in the name or address will result in the non-delivery of the product.
- Order Cancellation Policy
In case you placed an order and no longer wish to buy a product, please cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting us on whatsapp at +918755553630. An order can only be cancelled if it’s still not shipped from our warehouse. Once shipped an order in transit can’t be cancelled.
